BeyondTrucks has released a Smart Fuel Card Management feature
Announced at Truckload 2025, the annual convention of TCA (Truckload Carriers Association) a new smart fuel card management feature that makes managing driver fuel cards effortless and secure for fleets.
“By enabling smart fuel card management in our TMS we are eliminating the need for manual card management processes and greatly reducing the risk of unauthorized fuel purchases”, pointed out Hans Galland, BeyondTrucks’ CEO.

BeyondTrucks Blog: The Importance of Real-time Data
Real-time data has transformed transportation management systems (TMS) from delayed reporting to immediate decision-making platforms. Modern TMS solutions provide instant insights on vehicle locations, driver behavior, and load matching, helping fleet managers optimize routes and improve efficiency.
This shift enhances supply chain transparency, allowing stakeholders to monitor shipments and respond to disruptions proactively. The true value comes from converting data into actionable intelligence that improves operations, safety, and compliance while reducing environmental impact. In an industry with tight margins, systems that deliver practical insights create significant competitive advantages.

Check out some of our new features:
1. EFS Money Code Enhancement:
Each money code ticket now includes a comprehensive operation log that automatically records all key events related to the ticket. This enhanced visibility provides a complete audit trail for all money code transactions, making it easier to track financial operations and resolve any discrepancies.
Additionally, we've implemented intelligent transaction fee handling based on driver classification.
2. Driver Operation Enhancement:
Administrators can now designate specific workflow elements as required, ensuring that drivers cannot mark a load as complete without first filling out some “mandatory” workflow components. This benefits the fleet with more complete records, standardized processes, and improved compliance with operational requirements.
